How the 17/34/0 build works
Fury down to Bloodthirst with 34 points: Cruelty, Unbridled Wrath, Dual Wield Specialization, Enrage and Flurry maxed, plus Death Wish. Seventeen points in Arms pick up Improved Tactical Mastery (new in Forever), Anger Management and Deep Wounds.
The alternative keeps the same Arms points and moves two from Furious Precision and Piercing Howl around Fury's middle rows. Both are the sim's own Fury presets.
Fury Warrior leveling build
One talent point a level from 10 to 60, in this order, ending at 19/32/0 without a respec. Pick the Leveling tab above and drag the level slider to watch the trees fill in.
Levels 10–19
Cruelty for 5% crit and Unbridled Wrath for extra Rage on weapon hits. Both work with any weapon, so they help before you have two.
Levels 20–29
Blood Craze heals you after crits and big hits, Piercing Howl stops runners, and one point of Furious Precision adds off-hand hit. Dual Wield Specialization adds 25% off-hand damage and 50% more off-hand Rage.
Levels 30–40
Death Wish at 30 is 20% more Physical damage for 30 seconds. Enrage and Flurry turn being hit and landing crits into damage and attack speed, and Bloodthirst at 40 is your main attack.
Levels 41–60
Arms for Improved Heroic Strike, Improved Tactical Mastery and Anger Management, then Improved Rend, Deep Wounds and Impale for your crits. The last point finishes Enrage.

Our recommended Fury Warrior build is 17/34/0: Dual-wield Fury to Bloodthirst, Deep Wounds from Arms. It is one of the Forever sim's preset builds. Nobody has played a level 60 yet, so treat it as a starting point until launch on 4 November.
Are WoW Forever's Fury talents the same as Classic's?
No. Forever's Fury tree has 17 talents, and 4 of them do not exist in Classic: Lingering Rage, Furious Precision, Raging Blows and Gore Drinker. Another 11 have different ranks, positions or numbers. The tree is still seven rows deep, and each row still needs five points spent above it.
What is the Fury 31-point talent in WoW Forever?
Bloodthirst. Instantly attack the target causing damage equal to 45% of your Attack Power plus 30 and increasing your movement speed by 10% for 10 sec.
What is the best Fury Warrior leveling build in WoW Forever?
Ours takes one point a level from 10 to 60 with no respec and ends at 19/32/0. It picks up Piercing Howl at 23, Death Wish at 30, Bloodthirst at 40 and Anger Management at 51. The full order is on this page.
How many talent points do you get in WoW Forever?
51 at level 60, one per level from level 10, as in Classic. The Legacy perk Talented starts them at level 5 instead, which matters for alts while levelling.
Where does this talent data come from?
From the WoW Forever beta client's own talent tables (build 1.60.1.70338), not from Classic. Every tooltip on this page is rendered from the client's spell data, and we checked them against the numbers the beta's own tooltips show. The trees can still change before launch.
