Privacy policy
A working draft, pending legal review. It describes what the platform actually stores today.

What we collect
- Account data: your email, display name and password hash.
- Discord data, if you link it: your Discord user id and username, so the bot can reach you about an order.
- Order data: what you ordered, from whom, for how much, the messages in the order thread, and every status change.
- Payment data: handled by Stripe. We store Stripe's identifiers, never your card number.
- Referral data: an opaque cookie identifier recording that you arrived through a particular seller's link.
Why we hold it
To run orders, to resolve disputes fairly (which requires keeping the full order history), to pay sellers, and to meet our accounting and tax obligations.
Who it is shared with
- Your seller, for the orders you place with them.
- Stripe, to take payment and pay sellers.
- Our Discord bot, when an order needs a private channel.
We do not sell your data.
Sellers and income reporting
As an EU-based operator we expect to be subject to DAC7 reporting for seller income. Sellers will be asked for the identity and tax information that requires. This section will be finalised with an accountant before launch.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account. Order and payment records that we are legally required to retain survive account deletion in anonymised form.
