How it works
Elitist Gaming runs this as a marketplace. Independent sellers list their own services at their own prices, alongside our own house team, and we handle the money, the disputes and the trust.
For buyers
- Compare. Pick a category and sort by price, rating or delivery time. Several sellers usually list the same service, so you are choosing rather than accepting.
- Order. Tell the seller what you need. Your card is charged, but the money goes to us, not to them.
- Talk. If you linked Discord, our bot opens a private channel with your seller. If you did not, you message them in the order thread on this site.
- Confirm. When the seller marks the order delivered, check the work. If it is right, confirm it. If it is not, open a dispute before confirming.
- Review. Completed orders can be reviewed once, by the buyer, and that review shows on the seller's storefront.
If you take no action for 72 hours after a seller marks the order delivered, it auto-confirms. Open a dispute before that window closes if something is wrong.
For sellers
- Apply. Seller accounts are approved by staff — nobody grants themselves a storefront.
- Onboard with Stripe. You get paid through your own Stripe account, which you set up once.
- List. Your prices, your delivery times, your description.
- Fulfil. Claim queued orders or take direct bookings, then mark them delivered.
- Get paid. We take 10% commission, or 5% on buyers who came through your own referral link. Payouts release 7 days after an order completes.
Why the hold?
The 7-day hold after completion is a chargeback buffer. Card disputes usually surface within a few days, and holding the funds that long means a fraudulent buyer cannot leave a seller out of pocket. It is the cost of the guarantee that makes buyers comfortable ordering from a seller they have never met.
Read our safety notes before your first order, especially if you are buying gold.
