The narrowest level band on the list
58–60 is a two-level window, which effectively means this is a level-60 dungeon with a small grace period. Everything about how it is sold follows from that: nobody runs it while levelling, everybody runs it repeatedly at the cap, and the listings are gear packages rather than clears. It is also the only new dungeon whose entire audience is already at the cap, so demand for it is concentrated into the weeks after launch rather than spread across the climb — expect the queue for runs here to be at its worst in mid-to-late November 2026.
Its role in the 9 December window
The first raid wave — The Barrow Deeps at ten players, Hyjal Summit at twenty, Onyxia's Lair at forty — opens on 9 December 2026. The Shaper's Terrace is the highest-level accessible content between launch and that date, which makes it the default last item on a pre-raid checklist. The caveat is the same one that applies across Forever's dungeons: unique boss items are blue. A full clear of the hardest new dungeon does not put you in raid gear, it puts you in position to earn some, and a seller telling you otherwise is selling you the wrong thing.
What to settle before you book
Three things, in this order. How many runs are included, because gear packages here are priced per run and a package with an unstated count is where disputes start. Whether it is self-play or piloted, because at 60 the account being boosted is usually one you care about. And the schedule — a pre-raid package is only useful if it finishes before 9 December, so get the finish date written into the order thread rather than the start date. Escrow holds the payment until you confirm, and the scope in that thread is what staff read if it goes wrong.
