Four dungeons behind one door
Scarlet Monastery is not one instance, it is four, sharing a courtyard and nothing else. Graveyard sits at the bottom of the range and Cathedral at the top, with Library and Armoury between them, and each is a separate lockout with its own bosses and loot. That structure is why the Monastery dominates the thirties: a character can run the complex almost continuously from 26 to 45, moving up a wing as the previous one stops being worth it.
Which wing you are actually buying
This is the single most important thing to check on any Scarlet Monastery listing, and the most common source of a mismatched order. 'SM boost' can mean one wing, two, or all four, and the price difference is large. Each wing has its own page on this site with its own live seller offers precisely so the comparison is honest. If you want the full complex, ask for it by name — sellers quote a four-wing chain as its own product and it is normally cheaper than four separate bookings.
Why it still matters in WoW Forever
The new Forever dungeons are spread across the climb but none of them sit in the 26–45 band with anything like this density, so the Monastery remains the backbone of that stretch. It also sits in Tirisfal Glades alongside Ruins of Lordaeron, the new 15–20 dungeon, which makes the whole corner of the map unusually productive for a levelling route. Blizzard has not confirmed whether classic level ranges are retuned, so treat the wing ranges as Classic's.
Booking the complex sensibly
If you intend to run the Monastery across the whole 26–45 stretch rather than once, say so when you order. Several sellers schedule the wings against your levelling pace — Graveyard now, Library in a week, Armoury and Cathedral later — rather than delivering all four in one evening when two of them are already behind you. That scheduling is worth more than a small discount, and it is only offered if you ask.
