Uldaman starts as a dwarven excavation full of Dark Iron rivals and troggs, and ends in a sealed titan hall with Archaedas and the Discs of Norgannon — the point at which Warcraft's dwarves stop being fantasy dwarves and become something the titans made. It is long, it is layered, and the second half looks nothing like the first. That length is the main reason it gets bought: the instance asks for a committed group in a level band where committed groups are scarce.
WoW Forever adds Excavation Site: Wetlands at 24–29, a new dungeon above Whelgar's Excavation with the Explorers' League involved and Titan constructs inside — the same archaeology thread Uldaman sits at the end of. Blizzard has not confirmed a narrative link between them, and we are not going to assert one — but if the dwarven excavation storyline is what you are here for, the two instances are the obvious pair to run, and a seller can route both inside a 24–45 stretch.
The final section of Uldaman is gated behind a sequence rather than a simple path, and partial runs are therefore a real possibility if a seller is quoting speed. Ask explicitly whether Archaedas is included. Ask also about the Staff of Prehistoria chain if that is your interest — it is one of the few classic quest lines that genuinely changes what a run is worth, and it is not included by default anywhere.
The Badlands are awkward from both faction hubs and there is no flying in WoW Forever, so the trip to Uldaman is a meaningful part of the evening. On the PvP ruleset it is worse, since the zone is contested and the approach is open ground. This is one of the instances where a seller meeting you at the entrance rather than at a city is a genuine convenience, and it is worth asking which they mean.

The longest of its level band. It runs from a dwarven dig site through to a sealed titan hall, and the two halves look nothing alike.
Ask explicitly. The final section is gated behind a sequence rather than a straight path, so partial runs are a real possibility on a speed-quoted order.
The names point at the same Explorers' League archaeology thread, but Blizzard has confirmed no link. If that storyline is the draw, the two are the obvious pair to run.
35–45 in Classic. Whether Forever retunes classic dungeon level ranges has not been confirmed.
