A Razorfen Downs boost covers the undead half of the quilboar warrens — the follow-on to Razorfen Kraul, and one of the few genuinely eerie instances in the game.

Razorfen Downs takes the same thorn-spiral construction as Razorfen Kraul and fills it with scourge rather than living quilboar, ending at Amnennar the Coldbringer. The tonal shift is sharper than the mechanical one, and the practical difference for a group is that the pulls hit harder and the middle section has a genuine difficulty spike — which is why the wipe rate here is higher than the level range suggests.
The quilboar quest chains run from Kraul into Downs, and the two instances sit close enough together that the travel overlaps substantially. Sellers routinely quote the pair, and taking the pair is almost always cheaper than two separate bookings. If you have already done the Kraul, say so — you want the Downs half priced on its own rather than the chain price for work you do not need.
Classic's 33–45 range for Downs is unusually wide, and it has always meant the instance is generous at the bottom and thin at the top. Whether WoW Forever retunes any classic dungeon level ranges is one of the details Blizzard has not published, so treat that number as Classic's rather than as a commitment. If a seller quotes you a precise recommended level for Forever specifically, ask where it came from.
At 33–45 Downs sits inside the 30–40 and 40–50 leveling brackets on this site, and it is one of the instances a seller routing either will pass through anyway. If you want the levels as well as the clear, the bracket is almost always the better purchase — the run comes close to free inside it, while the standalone clear pays for a trip into the southern Barrens that buys you nothing else.

If you need both, yes — the quest chains run from one into the other and the travel overlaps, so the pair is cheaper than two bookings. If you have done the Kraul, ask for Downs priced alone.

Amnennar the Coldbringer, at the top of the spiral.
