The Drowned City opens at 35–40, and it is the least documented of the nine new dungeons — Blizzard has published its name and level range and nothing else, not even a location. The Riverglades, a new zone, also overlaps this band, though sources disagree on its exact range: 30–45 in some places, 35–45 in others. A seller quoting an exact route through the Riverglades before launch is working from beta rather than from published data. That is fine, and the honest ones will say so if you ask.
What travel costs you here
There is no flying in WoW Forever and no level scaling, which together mean the thirties are a lot of ground travel through zones that are exactly your level.
