How buying works

  1. Step 1

    Choose an offer

Compare verified sellers on price, rate and delivery window. Every seller here was approved by staff before they could list.

  2. Step 2

    Pay into escrow

PayPal or card, handled by PayPal. The money is held by us — the seller can see the order is funded and nothing more.

  3. Step 3

    Get it, then release

Talk to the seller in your order thread. Nothing reaches them until you confirm the work is done.

Mostly Runecloth

Linen and Wool carry a tailor through the first ranks quickly. Then the route spends Silk in bulk, Mageweave for the stretch after it, and Runecloth, by far the biggest line, from the first Bolt of Runecloth onward. The kit also holds the Rugged Leather that Runecloth Gloves and Boots call for and the Ironweb Spider Silk in the boots, so nothing on the route sends you to the auction house.

Why it stops at 270

Forever shifted tailoring patterns earlier, and the Runecloth patterns that took Classic tailors to the cap now go grey around 280. Its data has no trainer or vendor pattern that carries you from 270 to 300 cheaply, so the kit stops where the cheap route does. The guide lists what still gives points up there, from Timbermaw patterns to drops, and the materials for those are a separate decision once you know which pattern you can get.

Sew it yourself

A tailoring boost means someone else on your character for a few days; a kit means a full mailbox and some evenings at the trainer. You keep everything you sew on the way. Thread and dye stay out of the kit because any trade supplies vendor sells them, about 50 gold across the route, and the guide lists the counts.

Tailoring and enchanting together

Tailoring is the usual partner for enchanting, because the cloth gear you sew on the way can be disenchanted for the dust the other profession burns. If you are levelling both, the Enchanting kit already covers the dust, so you can keep the best pieces you make rather than breaking them all down, and this kit's counts assume nothing is held back for other crafts.

Frequently asked questions

Why does the tailoring kit stop at 270?

Because Forever's data has no cheap pattern from 270 to 300. The guide lists the options that still give points, and the kit covers everything up to them.

Are thread and dye included?

No. They are vendor goods, about 50 gold across the route, and the guide lists each one.

Can I use the cloth for First Aid as well?

The counts are for the tailoring route alone. The First Aid kit is sold separately and uses the same kinds of cloth.

Will anyone play my character?

No. The cloth is mailed to the character you name at checkout, on your faction.

When does it arrive?

After WoW Forever launches on 4 November 2026, within the window the listing states. Escrow keeps your payment until you confirm delivery.
