How buying works

  1. Step 1

    Choose an offer

Compare verified sellers on price, rate and delivery window. Every seller here was approved by staff before they could list.

  2. Step 2

    Pay into escrow

Card, handled by Stripe. The money is held by us — the seller can see the order is funded and nothing more.

  3. Step 3

    Get it, then release

Talk to the seller in your order thread. Nothing reaches them until you confirm the work is done.

Small, cheap, and genuinely load-bearing in PvP

First aid is the least glamorous entry on this page and the one that most reliably changes an outcome. Bandages are an off-cooldown heal available to every class, which matters far more in battlegrounds and duels than in raids, and a character without high first aid is giving away a resource everyone else has. It is a secondary profession, so it costs no slot, and the whole skill can be levelled in a fraction of the time any primary profession takes.

It is a cloth order in disguise

First aid consumes cloth, the same material tailoring runs on, which means a first aid boost is mostly a question of who supplies the bandage material. Unlike tailoring there is no crafting income at the end to offset it, so the cheapest version is almost always one where you already have cloth sitting in a bank. If you are buying tailoring as well, ask the seller to sequence them together — the intermediate materials overlap and doing both at once is meaningfully cheaper than doing them apart.

When to bother

Before a PvP push, always. Before the 9 December 2026 raid wave, worth having. Any other time, it is the definition of a low-priority chore, which is why it appears most often as a line item inside a bundle rather than as a standalone order. If it is the only thing you need, expect it to be the cheapest completed order you ever place here — and it still sits in escrow until you confirm, like everything else.

Timing it against the PvP calendar

If a rank push is anywhere in your plans, level first aid before it rather than during it. Bandages matter most in the battlegrounds that feed the 14-rank honour track, and arriving at that grind without them means every session produces slightly less than it should. It is the cheapest thing on any PvP preparation list and the one most often left until it no longer helps.

Frequently asked questions

Is first aid worth levelling in WoW Forever?

For PvP, definitely — bandages are an off-cooldown heal every class has access to, and not having them is giving away a resource. For pure PvE it is a minor convenience.

How long does first aid 1–300 take?

It is the shortest profession boost on the site by a wide margin. The real variable is cloth supply rather than time.

Does it use a profession slot?

No. First aid is a secondary profession alongside cooking and fishing, so it costs nothing to have.

Should I buy it with tailoring?

If you are buying both, yes — they consume the same cloth and sequencing them together is cheaper than two separate orders.

Is it worth buying on its own?

It is cheap enough that it usually appears inside a bundle rather than alone. If it is all you need, it will be the smallest order you place here.
