Gear first, honour second
The mistake this bundle exists to prevent is going straight to battlegrounds in levelling greens. With no level scaling in WoW Forever, an undergeared character in a battleground contributes less, dies more and generates honour more slowly — which makes every hour of the rank grind cost more. A starter package front-loads enough gearing to make the honour phase efficient, and then does the honour phase. Bought separately, people almost always do it in the wrong order.
What the honour half can honestly promise
The track runs to fourteen ranks and Blizzard has said rank 14 is reachable within a season or patch cycle, with cosmetic rewards and PvP armour that has real stats. What has not been published: the honour thresholds per rank, whether decay exists, and whether the Grand Marshal and High Warlord titles return. So a starter package can promise sessions, wins, and gearing — and should not promise a rank. Any listing that does is pricing an unknown workload.
The two hard constraints
Faction, because WoW Forever has no cross-faction grouping and the seller's roster has to match yours. And schedule, because honour comes from battlegrounds and battlegrounds happen when people are online — this is the bundle most dependent on your availability matching someone else's. Agree both before anything else, then agree what is included: gearing, how many sessions, which maps, and whether Darkspear Islands premades are part of it. Escrow holds the whole package until you confirm.
Where the gearing half comes from
The gearing in a PvP starter package usually draws on dungeon content rather than the honour track, because honour gear is gated behind the ranks you have not earned yet. That means the first half of this bundle looks a lot like a gear-farming order and should be scoped like one — by slot, with a minimum quality agreed. Ask which dungeons the seller intends to route.

Why gear before grinding honour?
Because there is no level scaling in WoW Forever. An undergeared character generates honour more slowly, so gearing first makes every subsequent hour cheaper.
Can a starter package promise rank 14?
It should not. Blizzard has not published the honour thresholds for the fourteen ranks, so any fixed rank promise is pricing an unknown amount of work.
Does the seller need to be my faction?
Yes, without exception. WoW Forever has no cross-faction grouping, so a seller on the other side cannot run battlegrounds with you at all.
Does it include Darkspear Islands?
Ask — it is the new 15v15 map and premades there are the most in-demand PvP service on the site, so it is not always bundled in by default.
How much of my own time does this need?
More than most bundles. Honour comes from playing battlegrounds, so your availability has to overlap the seller's roster. Agree the schedule before the scope.
