The bracket where the game becomes group content
Twelve to twenty is where WoW Forever starts to differ from a character's first hours. Hall of Thanes opens at 13 and Ruins of Lordaeron at 15, which means for the first time the fastest route is not purely questing — it is questing with two instance runs slotted into it. Sellers who level for a living build this band around those two dungeons, and a quote that does not mention them is a quote for a pure quest route, which is slower. Ask which route you are buying.
Why this one gets bought more than 1–12
Two reasons, and they are unrelated. The first is that the dungeon runs need a group, and a solo player at an off-peak hour in this level band can wait a long time for one — the seller's group is the product. The second is the PvP ruleset. WoW Forever is realmless, so you choose Normal, PvP or Roleplaying instead of a server, and Ruins of Lordaeron sits in Tirisfal Glades, which makes the 15–20 stretch genuinely contested for an Alliance character on the PvP ruleset. That is the level band where people first decide boosting is worth it.
Scoping the order
This bracket is small enough that most sellers quote it in days rather than weeks and large enough that the two dungeon runs inside it can be bought separately if that is all you want. Decide which you are after before you compare prices: a 12–20 leveling order and two dungeon clears are different products at similar prices, and a listing that includes both is not the same value as one that includes neither. Payment is held in escrow either way until you confirm the levels are on the character.

Frequently asked questions
Which dungeons open in the 12–20 bracket?
Two of the nine new ones: Hall of Thanes at 13–18 and Ruins of Lordaeron at 15–20. They overlap enough that most sellers chain them into a single route through this band.
Does a 12–20 boost include the dungeon runs?
Sometimes. Some listings route through both new dungeons and some quest straight through. It changes the speed and it changes what you end up wearing, so it is worth asking rather than assuming.
Is this bracket harder on the PvP ruleset?
For Alliance characters, meaningfully — Ruins of Lordaeron sits in Horde territory in Tirisfal Glades, and a contested approach at level 16 is slow. PvP-ruleset quotes for this band are usually longer and dearer for that reason.
How long does 12–20 take?
The live quotes from sellers on this page are the real answer and they move. Treat a quote that is far below the rest of the page as a warning rather than a bargain — an optimistic delivery estimate is the most common cause of a disputed leveling order.
Can I buy just the dungeon runs instead?
Yes, and at this level band the prices are close enough that it is worth comparing. Hall of Thanes and Ruins of Lordaeron both have their own pages with their own live seller offers.
