The Emperor run threads the whole city: the prison block, the Grim Guzzler, the Lyceum, General Angerforge, and the imperial quarters at the end. It passes most of the instance's named bosses and therefore most of its loot table, which is why it costs several times what the short runs do. It is a long booking and it should be scheduled as one — a seller who quotes it in the same breath as a lava run has not understood the order.
This run is the densest concentration of classic pre-raid gear available in one instance, and with WoW Forever's unique dungeon boss items being blue rather than purple, that density matters more than it would in a game with a higher dungeon ceiling. With the first raid wave opening 9 December 2026, a full Emperor run in November is one of the most efficient single purchases on a pre-raid checklist — and one of the most contested delivery slots as that date approaches.
Agree the bosses, not just the endpoint. 'To the Emperor' is a route, and along it there are optional kills that some sellers include and some skip for speed. Agree loot handling. And agree a start time rather than a day, because a multi-hour run that begins two hours late is a different evening from the one you booked. Escrow holds until you confirm, so the scope in the order thread is what matters.
If you want experience rather than gear, this is still the right BRD order, once: dungeon quests carry the experience in Forever, and the Emperor run passes most of BRD's. It is the wrong order to repeat for levels. If you want one quest objective near the entrance, the Arena run does that in minutes. The Emperor run is for characters gearing toward the 9 December raid opening, and buying it for any other reason means paying for several hours you did not need.

The full route through Blackrock Depths — prison block, Grim Guzzler, Lyceum, General Angerforge and the imperial quarters — ending at Emperor Dagran Thaurissan.
It is the densest concentration of classic pre-raid gear in any one instance, which matters more in Forever because unique dungeon boss items are blue rather than purple.
Agree them explicitly. 'To the Emperor' is a route, and sellers differ on which optional kills they include versus skip for speed.
Well before December if the 9 December 2026 raid opening is the goal. This is one of the most contested delivery slots on the site as that date approaches.
