The farming wing
Of the four Scarlet Monastery wings, the Library is the one with a genuine farming reputation, and it rests almost entirely on Arcanist Doan. The Robe of Doan and the Mindseye have been target items for cloth wearers for two decades, and they are good enough relative to the level band that people run the wing repeatedly rather than once. That makes rerun chains the default product here rather than the exception, and it is worth reading a listing to see how many runs you are buying.
A short wing with one long fight
The Library itself is compact — bookshelves, a couple of patrol routes, and a straightforward path to Doan's chamber. The fight at the end is the part that catches unprepared groups, and it is the reason a seller's group finishes cleanly where a pug does not. There is very little navigation to sell here, so what you are buying is competence in one encounter, repeatedly.
Scoping a rerun order
Two structures exist: pay per run, or pay for a named item with the seller absorbing the variance. The first is cheaper and the risk is yours; the second costs more and the risk is theirs. Neither is wrong. What is wrong is a listing that does not say which, and the fix is a line in the order thread naming the item and the number of runs before you pay.
Where the wing sits in a route
At 29–39 the Library overlaps both the 30–40 leveling bracket and Excavation Site: Wetlands and City of Dalaran, the two new WoW Forever dungeons in the same broad stretch. A seller routing that band will usually pass the Monastery anyway, which makes a Library chain considerably cheaper bought inside a bracket than as a standalone farm — worth checking before booking runs on their own.
