Questions buyers ask

What counts as a custom order?

Anything the listed categories do not cover: an unusual quest chain, a cross-category job, or a piece of content a particular seller specialises in but nobody thought to list.

How is a custom order protected?

Identically to a listed one. Payment goes into escrow when you accept the quote and is released when you confirm the agreed outcome, with staff dispute resolution behind it.

What should be in the order thread?

What 'done' looks like, any deadline, whether it is self-play or piloted, and what happens if the job turns out to be impossible. That thread is what staff read if it goes wrong.

Why is the seller asking so many questions?

Because they are quoting something nobody has priced. A seller who asks before quoting is a better sign than one who fires back a number immediately.

Product features

How a coaching session actually runs

1
Book a session
Pick a time slot and the topic — class rotation, a raid role, PvP habits — before you pay.
2
Live, one-on-one
A voice or screen-share session with a vetted, experienced player, not a pre-recorded guide.
3
Take it into your next run
Apply what you covered right away, and ask follow-up questions in your order thread afterward.

How buying works

Step 1
Choose an offer
Compare verified sellers on price, rate and delivery window. Every seller here was approved by staff before they could list.
Step 2
Pay into escrow
Card, handled by Stripe. The money is held by us — the seller can see the order is funded and nothing more.
Step 3
Get it, then release
Talk to the seller in your order thread. Nothing reaches them until you confirm the work is done.
