Frequently asked questions

How long does a rank 14 boost take in WoW Forever?

Nobody can tell you accurately yet. Blizzard has said rank 14 is reachable within a season or patch cycle, but exact honor thresholds and decay rules are unpublished. Any seller quoting you a precise hours figure before launch is estimating from Classic, where the answer was months.

What is Darkspear Islands?

The new 15v15 battleground off the coast of Kalimdor, built around control points with Arathi-style flag capture and modelled on Eye of the Storm. Warsong Gulch, Arathi Basin and Alterac Valley also return.

Does my faction matter for a PvP boost?

Yes, more than anywhere else on this site. There is no cross-faction grouping in WoW Forever, so a premade team can only take you if they play your faction. Filter by faction before comparing prices.

Is arena in WoW Forever?

Not announced at all. If you see arena boosting advertised for Forever anywhere, it is for a feature Blizzard has not confirmed exists.

Do PvP ranks feed into the Legacy system?

Yes. Reaching ranks 3, 7, 10, 13 and 14 is one Legacy Point each, and Exalted with each of the four battleground factions is another four. Going the other way, the Resourcefulness tree's 'For Great Honor' perk adds 2% honor per rank, up to 10%.

Can I buy honor farming on the Normal ruleset?

Yes. Battlegrounds run on Normal and Roleplaying as well as the PvP ruleset. The PvP ruleset gets additional faction balancing, which will affect queue times and honor rates once there is live data to measure.
